The service at the restaurant is good. The location it offers is easy, adjacent to Pokhara, the lake and all the shopping promenade and shops and restaurants. The place to have lunch just a short stroll away from the hotel is Rosemary Kitchen.

The hotel was in a nice location near the lake and all the shopping promenade as well as the mountains. It also was in the middle of jackson. Booked a room with delightful views of the lake and mountains.

Comfortable rooms with good space and nice terrace, each room has a single bed to sleep on. the staff is friendly and welcoming which is great. 😊.

We had a great stay with fantastic views and a convenient location. The hotel had spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of European, Asian style food. We appreciated having tea, coffee, and water in our rooms.

Good location with plenty of food options nearby. Rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from.

The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful and seemed like they were just going through the motions. The Wi-Fi was spotty and didn't work well.

The location was convenient because it was in a quiet area but within walking distance to the main street and some bars. the service was good and the staff were always willing to assist. One advantage was that the room had a hair dryer available upon request.
